Hot Lemon is a striking, elongated yellow chilli with a sharp citrus flavour and a clean, punchy heat. Popular in Thai and African cooking, it delivers more intensity than a jalapeño while remaining manageable for confident chilli lovers. Heavy-cropping plants perform well in greenhouses or warm outdoor spots during good summers. Excellent for sauces, drying, and fresh use. Scoville Heat Rating:30,000 – 50,000 SHU — similar heat to cayenne-type chillies, with a fruity citrus note.
