DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Delivery Times

We aim to despatch all orders within two working days although during peak times this may be slightly longer. Although we despatch your items quickly we have no control over Royal Mail and the times it takes them to deliver using the standard service 

 

 

If your delivery does not arrive within two weeks  then firstly please check the delivery address given is correct before getting in touch with us. 

All packages are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail and are not tracked. 

Some products such as Dahlias, Ranunculus and bulbs will be sold on pre order and each item will state the despatch month. If you are unsure then please do check the website for this. 

DUE TO RECENT NATIONWIDE POSTAL SERVICE CHANGES, UK PARCEL DELIVERIES MAY CURRENTLY BE SUBJECT TO DELAYS. WE RECCOMEND ALLOWING 14 DAYS FOR YOUR PARCEL TO ARRIVE  BEFORE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH US. WE  WILL SEND YOU AN E MAIL NOTIFICATION ON THE DAY WE SEND YOUR PARCEL

Delivery and Packing

Please ensure that your address supplied at checkout is correct and in FULL, including the postcode and County, as we can not replace items sent to the incorrect address.  Packages which have missing information such as incomplete postcodes will take much longer to arrive,

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom including Channel Islands &  Northern Ireland. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CAN NO LONGER SHIP TO CANADA, ICELAND, NORWAY or NEW ZEALAND.

Substitutes

 

We may occasionally find that we have run out of stock of certain lines which are listed in error on the website. However we will never substitute your seeds for something else unless you tell us we can. We will get in touch with you if this occurs and you will be offered a substitute product or a refund for that pack. 

If we find that we have run out of UK seed or imported seed but have the vice versa available in exactly the same variety we will substitute this without prior notice.  

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if something isn’t quite right, please do get in touch — we’re always happy to help.

All of our seed batches are tested for germination before sale and are supplied in good faith. If you experience any issues, we encourage you to contact us so we can help troubleshoot and ensure you have the best chance of success.

We will consider replacements or refunds for seeds that fail to germinate within 3 months of purchase, provided they have been stored and sown in line with our guidance.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds for seeds sown more than 3 months after purchase, as viability can be affected by time and storage conditions beyond our control.

If you change your mind, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will advise you on how best to return it. Please note that postage costs are only refundable where items are incorrect or damaged.

If you simply change your mind, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your seeds and we will advise you how best to return them to us. Unfortunately, we are only able to refund postage charges if you have been sent incorrect or damaged seeds.
