DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Delivery Times

We aim to despatch all orders within three working days although during peak times this may be slightly longer. If your delivery does not arrive within one week then firstly please check the delivery address given is correct before getting in touch with us. 

All packages are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail and are not tracked. 

Some products such as Dahlias, Ranunculus and bulbs will be sold on pre order and each item will state the despatch month. If you are unsure then please do check the website for this. 

DUE TO RECENT NATIONWIDE POSTAL SERVICE CHANGES, UK PARCEL DELIVERIES MAY CURRENTLY BE SUBJECT TO DELAYS. WE RECCOMEND ALLOWING 14 DAYS FOR YOUR PARCEL TO ARRIVE  BEFORE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH US. WE  WILL SEND YOU AN E MAIL NOTIFICATION ON THE DAY WE SEND YOUR PARCEL

Delivery and Packing

Please ensure that the address supplied at checkout is correct as we can not replace seeds sent to the incorrect address.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, as well as Iceland, Norway, Canada, and New Zealand. Orders are sent using reliable postal services, and delivery rates are calculated at checkout. We don’t currently ship to any other countries.

International Orders

If you’re ordering from outside the UK, it’s your responsibility to check your country’s import regulations before placing an order. We can’t take responsibility for any items that are delayed, confiscated, or incur customs charges if your country’s authorities apply restrictions on plant material.

Please note:

  • Seeds are shipped clean, dry, and clearly labelled with botanical names.

  • We don’t supply phytosanitary certificates.

  • Buyers in Canada and New Zealand should confirm that each species is permitted for import under their local plant-health rules.

  • Orders from other countries (not listed above) will be cancelled and refunded.

Northern Ireland Deliveries

We can only ship seed orders to Northern Ireland and are shipped as standard UK deliveries. No additional paperwork or customs forms are required, however parcels may take longer to arrive due to having to go through customs. Please allow 14 days for your parcel to arrive before getting in contact with us. 

Substitutes

 

We may occasionally find that we have run out of stock of certain lines which are listed in error on the website. However we will never substitute your seeds for something else unless you tell us we can. We will get in touch with you if this occurs and you will be offered a substitute product or a refund for that pack. 

If we find that we have run out of UK seed or imported seed but have the vice versa available in exactly the same variety we will substitute this without prior notice.  

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are happy with your order from us, however of something has gone wrong we will always try to put it right so please do get in touch. We will replace any wrong items and if any seed fails to germinate, we will offer advice or a replacement/refund.

If you simply change your mind, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your seeds and we will advise you how best to return them to us. Unfortunately, we are only able to refund postage charges if you have been sent incorrect or damaged seeds.
