The Hampshire Seed Company is a small, independent and rapidly growing horticultural business based in North Baddesley near Southampton, Hampshire, specialising in beautiful and unusual flower seeds for cutting and the garden.

 

We're not a large corporate organisation. We're a small, hands-on team working from our home-based office and packing space, where everyone plays a part in keeping the business moving. We believe in creating a friendly, flexible working environment where people are encouraged to learn, use their initiative and get involved in different areas of the business.

 

As a growing company, our priorities can change quickly, so we value people who enjoy variety, are happy to learn new things and aren't afraid to get stuck in when things get busy.

 

Many of our roles are designed to offer flexible, part-time hours that can fit around life outside work.
