WHEN WILL MY RANUNCULUS AND ANEMONE CORMS BE DISPATCHED?
All ranunculus and anemone corms are dispatched in Oct 2026. Orders containing corms will be held and shipped when the corms are ready for dispatch.
WHEN SHOULD I PLANT RANUNCULUS CORMS?
Ranunculus can be planted in autumn for the earliest flowers or in late winter and spring in colder areas. Autumn planting generally produces the earliest and most abundant flowers.
WHEN SHOULD I PLANT ANEMONE CORMS?
Anemones are typically planted in autumn or early spring and thrive in a sunny, well-drained position. Like ranunculus, autumn planting often produces the earliest blooms.
DO I NEED TO PRE-SPROUT RANUNCULUS CORMS?
Yes. We recommend soaking ranunculus corms before pre-sprouting them in a cool environment. This encourages strong root development before planting out.
CAN I GROW RANUNCULUS AND ANEMONES IN POTS?
Yes. Both ranunculus and anemones grow well in containers provided they have free-draining compost, plenty of light and are not allowed to become waterlogged.
