A reliable, medium-heat chilli producing thick-walled, glossy green fruits that ripen to red if left on the plant. Jalapeño ‘M’ is prized for its balanced heat, crisp texture, and versatility in the kitchen — perfect for fresh salsas, stuffing, grilling, or pickling. Plants are compact yet productive, making them ideal for UK greenhouses, polytunnels, or sunny patios. One of the fastest cropping chillis.

Scoville Heat Rating: approx ~4,000 – 8,500 SHU — classic mild heat you see in salsas
