A statuesque herb with aromatic stems and umbels of pale green-white flowers. Both ornamental and edible — perfect for borders or near water. Its candied stems and fragrant seeds are prized in traditional confectionery and gin making.

HOW TO SOW ANGELICA: Sow onto moist, well-drained seed compost and lightly cover with soil or vermiculite. Light is needed for germination. Ideal temperature 18–22°C. Transplant seedlings to individual pots once they have two true leaves.
