With giant large leaves a classic Italian basil traditionally grown around the Naples region. A sweet fragrance with a rich and mellow flavour A good source of Vitamin A and beta-carotene.

 

When to Sow: Feb - Oct

HOW TO SOW BASIL:

In Pots - sow into moist compost and cover with a sprinkle of soil or vermiculite. Ideal Temp 15-25°C. Can be transplanted into the groud if required once large enough to handle and after risk of frost has passed, or gown in containers.
