Beet Leaf Perpetual Spinach is a reliable, cut-and-come-again leafy green that earns its place in every productive garden. Botanically a leaf beet, it’s often grown as a spinach substitute because it’s far more heat tolerant and long-cropping than true spinach, which tends to bolt at the first hint of summer.

This versatile crop produces an abundance of tender young leaves for salads and sturdier mature leaves for cooking, continuing to harvest for months with regular picking. Unlike true spinach (Spinacia oleracea), perpetual spinach thrives through warmer weather, making it ideal for extended sowing windows and consistent yields.

Easy to grow and unfussy about soil, beet leaf perpetual spinach suits both home gardeners and growers looking for dependable greens with minimal effort and maximum return.
