A golden beetroot with smooth skin and sweet, earthy flavour. Bright yellow flesh adds colour to salads and roasts without staining. When to sow: Mar–Jul HOW TO SOW BEETROOT: Sow Direct : Sow thinly in rows 30 cm apart. Cover lightly with soil and water gently. Thin seedlings to 10 cm apart once true leaves appear. Or sow 2 seeds into cell trays, removing the smallest after germination, grow on and transplant out when seedlings have filled the cell but before becoming root bound to minimise root disturbance. - Classification: Half-hardy Annual
