Packed with nutrients, beans are an excellent source of protein, fiber, vitamins A,C&E, and minerals. An unusual bean with pink seeds, these compact plants will produce a large crop of tasty beans which are also great to use raw in salads.

 

When to Sow: Aug - Apr

 

HOW TO SOW:
Autumn & late winter sowing sowings  should be protected with closhes or sowed under glass in pots and over wintered until the weather has warmed in March, hardening off first. 


Sow in pots - Sow 1  seeds per pot/ root trainer filled with damp compost. Cover with 5cm of soil.
Sow Direct - into drills in a prepared seed bed 10cm appart.
