Bring a burst of sunset colour to your garden with Cosmos sulphureus ‘Crest Sunset’. This striking annual produces an abundance of semi-double, crested flowers in rich shades of golden yellow, warm orange and deep tangerine, creating a vibrant display from midsummer until the first frosts.
With its finely divided, feathery foliage and naturally branching stems, ‘Crest Sunset’ is perfect for adding height, texture and movement to sunny borders, cottage gardens and informal planting schemes.
Easy to grow from seed, this heat-loving cosmos thrives in full sun and well-drained soil. Once established, it is remarkably tolerant of dry conditions and attracts bees, butterflies and other beneficial pollinators.
The cheerful blooms can also be cut for relaxed, natural-style floral arrangements. Regular deadheading encourages a continuous succession of flowers throughout the season.
