Dianthus Ideal Select White F1 produces masses of crisp white flower heads on sturdy stems, making it one of the most useful cut flowers for florists, flower farmers and home gardeners. Bred for uniformity and excellent stem quality, this F1 hybrid delivers reliable performance in the garden and vase.

 

When to Sow: Jan - Jul

HOW TO SOW DIANTHUS BARBATUS:
Sow indoors - Sow into pots of moist well drained compost, cover with vermiculite.  Ideal temp. 12-25°C. 
Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle to individual pots before planting out in spring.

  • Harvest: Cut when flower heads are fully formed and flowers are 80% open
