An oriental vegetable for the salad bowl, or they canalso be added to a stir fry. With a bitter peppery taste to add some zing. A perfect crop for all year round harvests. High in Vitamin C, folate and iron. It also contains powerful anti-oxidants.

 

When to Sow: All year round

 

HOW TO SOW :

Directly - Sow thinly into a prepared seed bed and cover with 0.5cm of soil. Keep moist In Pots - sow into moist compost and cover with 0.5cm of soil. Can be transplanted if required or gown in a container. Succession sow for a longer harvest period.
