A hardy variety  with large plain leaves  and a good strong flavour.  Can be grown in pots or in the ground.A good source of vitamin K. Also contains pro-vitamin A, vitamin C and iron

 

When to Sow:Jan/Dec


HOW TO SOW PARSLEY:
All year round in Pots - sow onto moist compost  and cover with a sprinkle of soil. Idea temp 15-20°C. Use of a propagator lid will keep soil moist and aid germination .


Mar - Jul - Sow outdoors direct into a prepared seed bed, thinning plants to 20cm when large enough to handle.
