A reliable variety which can be harvested a the name suggests almost all year round. Large milky white curds with dark green leaves.

HOW TO SOW CAULIFLOWER:
Prepare planting space with well rotted organic mater and lime added for acidic soil.
Jan - March and Sep-Oct - Sow indoors - In pots or moudules of moist well drained compost and cover with 1cm of soil . Ideal Temp 10-15°C. Transplant when large enough to handle and grow on until plants are robust enough to withstand pests and harden off before planting out to final positions 75cm appart. ( Autumn sowings will need to be overwintered under glass )
Apr - May sow direct - into a prepared seed bed and cover with 1cm of soil. Thin to 75cm when after the last frost and they are large enough to handle. Succession sow for a continuous crop.
