Nasturtium ‘Black Velvet’ is a striking variety producing an abundance of rich, velvety, deep burgundy flowers, so dark they appear almost black. Each bloom has a delicate golden-yellow centre, creating a beautiful contrast against the rounded, fresh green foliage.
 
With its compact, bushy habit and gently trailing stems, ‘Black Velvet’ is perfect for terracotta pots, hanging baskets, window boxes and the front of garden borders. HOW TO SOW:
Sow indoors - Sow into pots of moist well drained compost and cover with a20mm of soil. Ideal temp. 18-24°C. Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into individual pots.

Sow Direct - Sow where they are to flower 20mm deep. Thin & transplant as needed
