Paris Silverskin Onion is a classic small-bulbing onion prized for its crisp texture, mild flavour, and uniform white bulbs. Traditionally grown for pickling and baby onions, it performs best when sown closely, producing neat, round bulbs rather than large storage onions. Reliable, quick to mature, and ideal for succession sowing, it’s well suited for kitchen gardens.
