A vigarous and quick cropper, with havests in just 6 weeks. Can be used whole or single leaves, raw or cooked . A good source of Vitamins A, C, K and B6, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Potassium and Manganese.

HOW TO SOW :

Directly - Sow thinly into a prepared seed bed and cover with 1cm of soil. Thin to 10cm for baby leaf or 30cm for mature plants. Succession sow for a longer harvest period.
