This isn’t your average spinach. ‘Red Vein’ brings beauty and bite to the veg patch, with striking ruby-red stems and veins running through glossy, deep green leaves. Perfect for cut-and-come-again salads or stir-fries, this quick-growing leafy green thrives in cooler months.
When to Sow: Mar-Sep
HOW TO SOW SPINACH: Sow thinly into drills 1.5cm deep in well-prepared soil or modules under cover. Water gently. Thin seedlings to 15cm apart. For baby leaf, harvest when 10–15cm tall. Sow every 3 weeks for a regular crop.
