A fast growing cover crop to add nutrients and organic matter  to naturally improve  the quality of soil. A great nitrogen fixer, weed surpressant  and if left to flower  will attract beneficial insects.

HOW TO SOW:
Sow Direct - Broacast sow onto prepared  ground, rake over to cover and  water in.  Allow to grow and  dig in the crop just pefore  flowering  when fresh and green looking.  Leave the area for around 1 month for the material to break down into the soil.
