Soft but striking. ‘Rose Beacon’ blooms in a romantic shade of dusty rose-pink with a golden eye — the kind of colour that lifts a gloomy spring day. These hybrid violas are bred for bigger blooms, superb uniformity, and serious staying power. Ideal for edging paths, pots, or tucking into spring displays with effortless charm.
 
A beautiful cottage garden favourite which will flower repeatedly if deadheaded regularly.  A cool weather plant which will flower in spring if sowed the previous year.
 
When to Sow :
Jul - Sep for Feb - May Flowers 
Jan - Mar for May - Jul Flowers 
May - Jul for Sep - Nov Flowers

HOW TO SOW VIOLAS:
Sow in spring for same year flowering and in Autumn for following year spring flowers.
May require cold stratification, place seeds in fridge for 2 weeks prior to sowing.
Surface sow into  moist sell drained compost and just cover with a sprinkle of soil. Pat down to make contact.  Ideal temp. 18-22°C.
Transplant seedlings when large enough to handle into individual pots.
